He graduated in economics honors from St. Stephens College, Delhi University in 1963 ( one of India’s elite educational institutions). He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1969.Thereafter, he worked with a leading International Firm of Chartered Accountants in London. Upon his return from London, in 1971, he worked with two leading industrial houses of North India viz, Escorts Limited and Kelvinator of  India Limited. Thereafter, he set up the firm of Vijay Deepak & Co. in February 1976. He become a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1976.

He has vast experience in the field of audit and internal audit (especially banks and insurance companies). He is the author of the concept of concurrent audit and revenue audit in the banking industry in India. He has been actively associated with a large number of foreign companies who have set up project offices in India and has rendered them necessary advise regarding tax and other matters including matters relating to the Reserve Bank of India. He has also been actively associated with various chambers of commerce and has presented several papers in various seminars organized by the ICAI, Institute of Internal Auditors and other bodies.

He is a law graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1966. Having completed his articles with Price Water House & Co. Chartered Accountants, he joined M/s Lovelock & Lewes, Chartered Accounts. Thereafter, he joined M/s Escorts Ltd, a leading Industrial House of North India and worked with them for five years. After leaving Escorts, he set up his own practice as a Chartered Accountant  in Delhi and was a retained consultant with Escorts Group and several other leading Industrial Houses including Modi Group, Narang Group, Hindustan Computers Group, etc.

He is a specialist in the field of foreign collaboration and has been associated with many large industrial houses in matters relating to tax and foreign companies. He has been actively associated with various chambers of commerce. He has chaired and has been a keynote speaker in a large number of seminars on matters relating to direct taxes and foreign collaborations journals and newspapers. He is also the author of several well known books including “Business Collaborations in India”.

After finishing his schooling from Modern School, New Delhi (one of the leading public schools of India), he graduated from the Delhi University in 1995. He was admitted as an Associate Member of the ICAI in February 1997 and as a Fellow Member in February2002. He is a gold medallist (having stood first in north India) in the final examination of the ICAI and has had a brilliant academic record throughout. He has been actively associated in providing professional services to various Indian and Foreign clients, in the field of taxation as well as audit. He also qualified the course in Information Systems Audit conducted by the ICAI in 2003.

He was admitted as an Associate Member of the ICAI in January 1999 and as a Fellow Member in 2004. He also qualified the course in Information System Audit conducted by the ICAI in 2003. He comes from a family of advocates and has had a good academic record throughout. He has experience in the field of audit as well as taxation.

A  Delhi University graduate, he was admitted as an Associate Member of the ICAI in 2002. He comes from a family of government servants and has had a good academic record throughout. He underwent his articled training with the firm, during which he was involved in both audit and tax work handled by the firm. He also a qualified as M.B.A. in 2004.

A Delhi University graduate, he was admitted as an Associate Member of the ICAI in 2006.  He underwent his articled training with the firm, during which he was involved in both audit and tax work handled by the firm.  He also worked with M/s Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. in the corporate finance department.  He has experience in the field of audit as well as taxation.

A science and law graduate, he was admitted as an Associate Member of the ICAI in February 1981 and as a Fellow Member in 1986. After working with reputed firms of chartered accountants in New Delhi till 1985, he set up his own practice in Moradabad. He has wide experience in the field of audit as well as taxation. He also has extensive experience in preparation of project reports.
